Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Product Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with their bicycle before placing an order. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for reference only, and we encourage customers to review them carefully prior to purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, incompatibility with a specific bicycle model, setup, or configuration does not constitute a defect and is not considered a valid reason for a refund or replacement.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for verifying compatibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
