As we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues. 

Order cancellation 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Customs & Duties

Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii due to carrier and logistics limitations.If you place an order with a shipping address in Alaska or Hawaii, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
